NORA BICE, LMFT
I want to help you start living your life fully.
As a therapist, I believe you’re the expert on your own life.
My role isn’t to give you all the answers. It’s to help you hear your own voice beneath the noise. When you’ve spent years putting others first or trying to do everything “right,” it’s easy to lose sight of what you actually need. Therapy can offer the space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your inner compass.
I take a collaborative and down-to-earth approach to therapy. That means we’ll explore the patterns and pressures that are keeping you stuck, while also focusing on real, practical tools to help you feel more grounded and clear. Sessions are shaped around what matters most to you, and there’s no pressure to show up as anyone other than who you are.
I do this work because I know how heavy it can feel to carry everything alone. To stay strong, stay flexible, and keep it all going while feeling more and more disconnected on the inside. You deserve support that’s steady and respectful, where you don’t have to explain why it’s hard. You just get to show up and start sorting through it.
Anxiety, burnout, and people-pleasing take a toll. When you're constantly trying to meet everyone else's needs, it’s hard to hear your own. You may feel like you're functioning just fine on the outside, but on the inside, you're overwhelmed, resentful, and unsure what you really want.
Therapy gives you space to step back and actually check in with yourself. Together, we can explore the patterns that are keeping you stuck, without judgment, and start making changes that feel sustainable. This isn’t about perfection; it’s about learning to move through life with more self-trust and less pressure.
With support, it becomes easier to say no when you need to, speak up when it matters, and reconnect with the version of yourself that feels calm, confident, and clear. You don’t have to abandon yourself to stay connected to others. You can learn to do both.
You don’t have to keep doing it all alone.
Mindfulness & Nervous System Awareness
Therapy with me includes slowing down enough to notice what’s happening inside - physically, emotionally, and mentally. Together, we’ll use mindfulness and body-based awareness to help you respond instead of react, build emotional resilience, and find steadier ways to cope.
Feminist & Relational Lens
I view your challenges in the context of your relationships, roles, and the messages you’ve received about who you’re supposed to be. You don’t have to “fix” yourself. You get to reclaim your voice, needs, and values in a space that honors your autonomy and lived experience.
Practical Tools & Insight
Insight is powerful, but lasting change also requires action. I offer real, usable tools you can take into your daily life, whether it’s boundary-setting scripts, emotion regulation strategies, or simple practices that help you feel more grounded and connected between sessions.
MY APPROACH
Grounded, intentional, and tailored to you.
