ABOUT NORA

Relationships are supposed to bring love, support, and connection, but instead, they often leave you feeling anxious, drained, or unsure of yourself. You might catch yourself overthinking every text, apologizing too much, or holding back your true self just to keep the peace.

I get how exhausting that is. And I help women like you find a different way.

My passion as a therapist is helping women feel calm, confident, and authentic in their everyday lives. Since 2011, I’ve worked with women who were tired of shrinking themselves, second-guessing, or bending over backwards to be liked.

I believe you deserve to take up space, trust yourself, and know that you are enough just as you are.

Training & Education

Collaborative & Person-Centered

My role is to help you hear your own voice beneath the noise. I offer a supportive and person-centered space where your unique experiences and goals are always at the forefront. We'll work collaboratively to understand the roots of what's holding you back, allowing you to show up exactly as you are, without pressure or pretense.

Feminist, LGBTQIA+, Neurodivergent, and HAES-affirming

My approach is feminist at its core. I honor your lived experience, help you reclaim your voice, and support you in taking up space authentically. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, offering a safe and inclusive space where all identities and relationships are respected. I am also neurodivergent-affirming, celebrating diverse ways of thinking, feeling, and showing up in the world. And as a HAES-aligned therapist, I support body respect and wellbeing without the pressures of diet culture.

Practical Tools & Lasting Change

Insight is powerful, but true transformation also requires action. I integrate mind-body, cognitive-behavioral, attachment-based, and person-centered techniques to offer real, usable tools. Whether it's shifting unhelpful thought patterns, developing clearer communication strategies, or building on your inherent strengths, we'll focus on sustainable changes that empower you.

MY APPROACH

Grounded, intentional, and tailored to you.

More About Me

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me with my nose in a good book, walking my anxious spaniel-chihuahua mix, having a meal with friends, or going on a weekend adventure with my husband and son. I know how important it is to balance relationships with a strong sense of self, and I bring that belief into my work every day.
