IN-PERSON THERAPY IN BURBANK, CA AND VIRTUAL THERAPY THROUGHOUT CA, OR, PA, AND FL

Be present. Feel connected. Focus on what matters.

Therapy for lowering anxiety, reducing screen use, and feeling more present and connected in daily life.

You used to feel more fulfilled, but now you feel disconnected and scattered.

There was a time you felt focused and engaged. You were present in your relationships, had time for hobbies, and set goals and achieved them. But that all feels like a distant memory. Your day-to-day looks pretty different now. Your attention is pulled in a lot of directions, and you feel like you can’t focus in on one thing at a time. You don’t feel like you’re really, truly there with friends and family even if you want to be. And prioritizing your own goals and interests feels impossible since you’re just trying to keep your head above water.

If this sounds like you, and you want things to change, therapy can help. Therapy sessions are the perfect place to slow down and identify what you want out of life that you aren’t currently getting. Through learning strategies to feel calmer and more present, taking action to build better habits and connections, and finding new ways to handle uncomfortable situations and feelings, you’ll begin to find yourself again.

Let’s work together to get you fully back into your life.
