Fees & Insurance
Private Pay
My fee for a 50-minute individual therapy session is $150.
Payment is due at the time of service, and I accept all major credit cards.
Good Faith Estimate:
Under the "No Surprises Act," you have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. You'll receive a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day before your first session, and upon request. It will include expected charges for your therapy sessions. For more information, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

Out-of-Network (OON) Benefits & Superbills
If you have a different insurance provider or prefer not to use one of the plans listed above, you may still be able to receive reimbursement for therapy services if you have out-of-network (OON) benefits.
Here's how it works:
You pay my full fee at the time of your session.
I will provide you with a superbill (an itemized receipt for services) that you can submit directly to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Many clients receive a significant portion of their session costs back once they meet their deductible.
I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to understand your specific out-of-network mental health benefits. Ask them:
Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
What is my deductible, and has it been met?
What percentage of the session fee do you cover for out-of-network providers?
How do I submit a superbill for reimbursement?
